Uploading your Artwork

If you file is under 40mb

You can upload your artwork directly through the Greenball Grapphics website. You will be given the opportunity to upload your file on the shopping basket page. Please use the blank field 'File name to output' on each of the product pages to input the name of the file that you will be uploading.

If you file is over 40mb

We can provide you with a link to FTP details and instructions on how to upload your artwork to our server. Please send an email to studio@greenballgraphics.co.uk and we will respond within the next hour with a link and details that will allow you to upload your file/s.

If you would prefer to post your file to us, please type Sent by post in the 'Name of file to output' field and send your CD/DVD to:

Please ensure you include your customer order number and contact details with the file. Please allow time in your deadline for the file to reach us.

You can also provide a link to us, Please provide the link address in the 'Name of file to output' field and we will then use your link to download your file.
